How and why we collect personal information
You provide most of your personal information directly to us and for a specific purpose. When we collect personal information, we will whenever practical, outline why this information is being collected. We will record your email address and personal information when you:

You also consent to us sending you such information by means of direct mail, email, SMS and MMS messages. Information provided by third parties
We sometimes collect personal information from third parties about potential suppliers and service providers. When you apply for a job with us we may ask you to undertake certain tests and provide certain consents for further information collection, as part of our recruitment process.
Information provided by “cookies “
The ADF uses “cookies” as a reporting mechanism. Cookies identify traffic coming into and out of the ADF’s websites. Cookies enable our web-server to collect information back from your browser each time you visit the ADF websites.
Cookies do not identify individual users. When you visit an ADF website, our servers may record information about your usage, the time of your visit, its duration, the pages you visit and style settings. We do this to improve our online information offerings and services to the community.
Display advertising for Google Analytics
The data collected from Google’s Interest-based advertising or third party audience data (such as age, gender and interest) with Google Analytics will help us determine who is visiting our websites and in turn, help us to better serve and understand our customers.

In limited circumstances, the ADF may be required to disclose personal information to ADF consultants, contractors and service providers performing services including legal and accounting services, credit reporting, training, IT service provision, mail house and printing services.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate. If you wish to have access to your personal information, please contact us and we will respond promptly to your request. You can also request that information about you be corrected or deleted. We reserve our right to refuse your request for access or correction if, for example, we consider your request to be frivolous or vexatious, or if we are otherwise legally entitled to do so.
Whenever it is lawful or practicable, you will have the option of not identifying yourself when dealing with the ADF.
